Barnegat Light is the northern most town on Long Beach Island and home to the famous Barnegat Lighthouse. The area is known for its quiet feel and large lots.
Harvey Cedars is a small north end town of LBI with a wide variety of lot sizes and a high average price point. The area is known for having one of the highest concentration of commercial businesses on the North end of LBI.
Surf City offers a great mix of business and residential development with plenty to do and a quaint seashore feel. The rather uniform lot size (50x100) allows for a comfortable feel to the wide streets in Surf City and a uniform building code.
If you are looking for action, Beach Haven has it! The area is home to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Schooner's Wharf, min-golf and a range of stores, restaurants and nightlife. There are also many quiet residential areas that help to make Beach Haven one of the most popular parts of Long Beach Island and the LBI real estate market.
